Pro Se Clients Acknowledge and Agree That:

1. They are representing themselves in their legal matters;
2. They are solely responsible for all legal decisions, filings, deadlines, and outcomes;
3. Astral Services does not select legal strategies, advise on legal options, or determine the legal sufficiency of any document; and
4. Pro Se Clients are encouraged to seek legal advice from a Licensed Attorney of their own choice for any legal questions or concerns.

Service Agreement and Indemnification Requirement

Before any services are provided to a Pro Se Client:

By executing these documents, the Pro Se client(s) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astral Services its owners / LLC Members, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the client’s legal matter, filings, or use of the support services provided.
